We start by understanding your business, industry, and project goals through research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder interviews. Whether you’re building a WordPress website, launching an SEO campaign, or developing software, this phase helps define the right direction.
Based on insights gathered, we create a strategic blueprint and design user-friendly experiences. From wireframes for apps and websites to SEO roadmaps and data models, we align our plan with your business objectives.
We have had the pleasure of working with Iterative Zero over the past few years. The company has set up and maintained the Swisspuja website. The look and feel as well the elements on the website have changed from time to time. There are also topical elements which have to be updated regularly. Registration forms have to be set, sometimes with very different elements. We are very happy with their work and will continue to use their services.

Rentzeasy Online Services is an online rental marketplace operating across six major cities in India. The platform connects individuals and businesses offering rental products—from furniture and electronics to event and lifestyle equipment—with customers seeking short- or long-term rentals.
Our collaboration with Rentzeasy began at its inception, when the platform was initially conceived as a classifieds-based lead generation model for local rental businesses. As the brand gained traction, the founders decided to pivot toward a full-fledged e-commerce-style rental marketplace, transforming how people rent products online in India.
Over the years, we have partnered closely with the Rentzeasy team to conceptualize, design, and build their web and mobile applications, providing scalable and intuitive solutions for both customers and vendors.
Objectives
The key goals of the project were to:
Implementation
Phase 1: Discovery and Architecture Planning
The evolution of Rentzeasy required a deep understanding of both customer and vendor behavior. Our discovery phase focused on identifying pain points in the original lead-based system—such as delayed transactions, manual coordination, and lack of inventory control—and designing a solution that automated and unified these processes.
We chose to develop the system on a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, ensuring modularity, clean separation of logic, and scalability for future enhancements. This structure made it easier to integrate new features such as real-time availability, payment gateways, and vendor dashboards as the business grew.
Phase 2: Web Application Development
The web platform was built as the primary interface for users and vendors.
The platform also supported dynamic pricing models, multi-location support, and order tracking, enhancing both flexibility and user confidence.
Phase 3: Mobile Application Development
To improve accessibility and convenience, we developed mobile application for vendors on the Android platform.
Phase 4: Optimization and Scaling
As the platform expanded to six cities, scalability became a top priority. The MVC framework enabled quick deployment of new modules and integrations without disrupting existing functionality.
Key optimizations included:
Outcomes and Impact
The transformation of Rentzeasy from a basic classifieds platform into a comprehensive rental marketplace marked a major milestone for the brand.
